While the general development methods remain the same, power electronic components and high voltage batteries require strict safety functions and thus demand new test systems that cover new verification and validation cases，due to the high voltage components and their subjection to national and international regulations (e.g. ECE-R 100) and standards (e.g. IEC 61851). Automotive E/E systems must be functional, durable, safe, compact, light, and efficient with regard to power and cost -all at the same time. These requirements entail high complexity, in particular at system level.
With the partnership with Keysight (Scienlab), Vector and Pi Innovo, Polelink provides test systems and services for Chinese customers, focusing on VCU, BMS, Inverter, DC-DC Converter, OBC, Charging technology and in-vehicle network, to assist their R&D of New Energy Vehicle and components.
