Motorcycle ECM Signal Box

The Motor Simulator is designed for use in the development of the Motorcycle Engine Control System. Given commonly used signals of an electronically controlled engine, the simulator generates and displays the output parameters of the Engine Control Module (ECM).

Compared with other engine tests and experiments, the simulator provides a safer, more convenient, economical method for development – it is a powerful tool in Motorcycle Engine Control System development.

Depending on the customer’s request, we can customize different type of Motor Simulator. Even for portable type, we can design the very small type, 1/3 size of the standard model, with all the signal list and simulation functions.

The Motor Simulator has been already used in Motorcycle ECM development in DELPHI.

The Motor Simulator can simulate the wide array of Electronic Control System signals. The output signals are detailed below, with additional information in the right column. The signal list can be modified according to your Engine Control Modules and specific requirements.
